Reviews Hotel HL Paradise Island****

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews . The rooms are basic but liveable. The cleaners clean 6 days a week, beds are changed every 4th day and clean towels ever few days. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool was cleaned everyday and the side walks hosed down daily, gardeners are onsite keeping the site immaculate. The food is good but a little repetitive,there is alot to choose from. This hotel gets very busy it has a lovely children's area and a water park on site... Great for the kids. We met some lovely people which made our 2 week stay here even more amazing. Our stay here was outstanding,the weather was fantastic but very windy. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome.

We stayed at Paradise Island from 13th to 20th March 2024. Initially underwhelmed by the exterior, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful foyer. Check-in was swift, with no deposit required. The lobby was stylish, exceeding expectations. Our room was immaculately clean and well-equipped. Housekeeping was excellent. The pools were varied and accessible, with a pool bar nearby. Breakfast was satisfying, with friendly staff. The beach shuttle was convenient, and the beach itself was enjoyable. The water park had limited slides open, disappointing for us. However, the children's area was well-maintained. The food was consistently delicious, though the Italian restaurant had long wait times. The onsite supermarket was handy, despite language barriers. The photographers were great with kids, offering pricey but quality photos. Evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family. Checkout was easy, with refreshing juices available. Overall, a fantastic stay despite minor setbacks.

This was our third stay at Paradise Island, we had a very nice time, the employees were very nice and helpful, especially the animation team of Lorenzo, Martina, Niki, Mike and Bregje, provided great fun and entertainment. Greetings to the entire crew, Anna and Sebastian

I am satisfied with my eight-day stay. Professional service. A group of animators, with a harismatic host, provided great entertainment. I will definitely come back here and I will gladly recommend the hotel to my friends.

Our last day here at HL Paradise Island and our 2nd Christmas with the HL crew. We have been here for 2 weeks and yet again, have had an amazing holiday. And we have rocked the mic on more than one occassion. Huge shout out to the fantastic team who work tirelessly to make the stay one to remember! Individual shout outs to both Kristina and Storm, for entertaining the younger children at kids club every single day, to Mr Motivator (our nickname) for aqua gym and endless dancing and to our all time favourite barman Abraham for having the most awesome personality and award winning smile.
